One of the 2009 UCR Forays was conducted in Clinton County 12–14 June; it was the first bird survey of its kind to take place in that county. For a list of the participants in this foray, see Table 2 at the page for Raw Data (link below).

The focal species of the 2009 UCR Foray in Clinton County was the Henslow's Sparrow, not located during the foray effort, although there is a breeding season record of this species for Clinton County from 1949.
