In the past (2011-2016) I have maintained an intermittent, not quite annual, blog focused on the birdlife and natural history of the Upper Cumberland Region of Tennessee and Kentucky; now that work on the maps for The Atlas of Breeding Birds of the Upper Cumberland Region (see link above) has been completed (as of 18 June 2018), I may devote more time to a continuation of this blog and to other aspects of this website.
